   Really disappointed. Have been a client of David Howard for 15 years. Last year they assigned me a new accountant to look after both my personal and company accounts. The fees have gone through the roof. What 3 years ago would be a favour then became chargeable at £65 has now become £150 per hour. I used to get emails once a year asking for specific information in order to complete my tax return. For both my Mum and myself and two rental properties we would pay about £300+ for the return. It's now £780 each. I added my wife as she also has a rental property and we now live outside of the UK. We have been unable to get the NRL form for several months; zero follow up by David Howard. I remember a couple of years ago I got NRL form from Ahmed at David Howard in a week. I write this with a heavy heart. Phil one of the partners is a great guy but David Howard have grown to the point where they seem not to care about the small guy who stuck with them and who now is feeling completely let down. A great company which has taken a bad path.

   I was recommend David Howard 4 years ago and it was well deserved. As a non lover of all things financial, they have been amazingly patient with my constant questions. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they have really helped with both the business accounts and personal self assessments. It seems no business is to big or too small, as they have been so helpful to me I have recommended them to many who also now use their services - ranging from Childminders, Media Consultants to our own Design Consultancy. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Their systems are easy-to-use, and the advice is clear and given in layman terms, so even creatives like me can understand and manage accounts with ease and speed. The staff are really friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions.
