In addition to the standard services I have opted for, they have gone out of their way to do more than necessary to ensure all parts of my company accounts and finances are handled diligently.    Completely unresponsive to emails and complicit in facilitating fraudulent transactions. This so-called "chartered accountancy firm" appears to have no issue allowing their systems to be used for scams, refusing to take accountability for the theft of your hard-earned money. Their partnership with Revolut—a bank notorious for facilitating scams—raises serious questions about their integrity. Makesworth's inaction and lack of transparency show they cannot be trusted under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs if you value your money.
