   The service BKL provide is of a very poor standard. Their entire approach to clients is to charge as much money as they can. While using their service, they made several major mistakes that I had to financially bear and spend a lot of time correcting. BKL had the nerve to charge me extra to fix their own mistakes. They are very unprofessional, do not provide a time sheet to justify their very high fees and charge you for the smallest queries, even if it is just to confirm what mistakes they have made. I would not recommend BKL to anyone. They are a frustrating firm to deal with and their practice lacks integrity.

   not professional. Seemed to be just another another number and that there only interest is to make as much money out of you as possible. I got quoted £1,000 then they tried charging me OVER £4,500 yes OVER £4,500 then settled on £3,100 which i was forced to pay (see attached photos of proof from email) ! very unprofessional and decide to charge you whatever they want for information you can easily get off the internet. This is not to mention the lack of response. Honestly an absolute horrific, messy and stressful experience.
