   We came to the Tax Guys with a very complex Merger scenario for two businesses cross border. This Merger involved a lot of work with regards to a Capital Demerger and then formation of the new group and transfer of the two businesses into that new group. The Tax Guys were fantastic to deal with, they were incredible meticulous, detailed and wanted to guarantee we got the outcome we required. Our HMRC clearance process was cleared in two working days with no questions, as the report produced by the Tax Guys was so thorough and detailed, it covered absolutely everything. We will not hesitate to use Jon and the team for further work with our M&A work, highly highly recommend for all Finance, Accountancy needs whether that be simple or indeed complex.    I'm useless with Tax. Its a confusing labyrinth I find difficult to dedicate time too because it means a lot of time and constant discovery and change. This is exactly why I was lucky to find The Tax Guys. They assisted me with the setup of a small company and the Tax implications around it. I contracted a monthly retainer which gave me access to a set of tools that make the whole book keeping process easier. And the best part is that I was expecting a much larger tax bill than I was expecting and this was partly due to the sound advice I got from them. I highly recommend their services and will be using this company a lot going forward.
