   I strongly advise any business considering SKS Business Services to reconsider immediately. After formally terminating my accountancy services with them in April 2024 - confirmed in writing - they continued charging my account £450 monthly for over a year without providing any services. Despite numerous requests and acknowledgments of their internal failures, they have repeatedly delayed refunding these unauthorised charges, causing severe financial distress, overdraft fees, loss of earnings, and significant disruption to my business. Their communication is appalling - delays, excuses, and complete disregard for professional accountability. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially from an accountancy firm entrusted with financial oversight. If you value your business's financial integrity, steer clear. I'm now forced to escalate this issue legally to recover thousands of pounds wrongfully taken. Beware.

A special shout out to Sonya who showed real empathy and always found a solution. Very professional service throughout, very quick to reply, always a friendly voice on the end of the phone. Honestly you could not wish for a better company to be looking after you and your finance. I cant recommend them enough.
