   Just wanted to thank Ten Forward for a great year of working together. In particular Raja and Simin. It’s been such a relief to have accountants I truly trust, and who are also excellent communicators. I’ve really appreciated how quickly you respond to questions, and how clearly and concisely everything has been explained and presented. I also love the pay-monthly scheme, which means there are no surprise tax bills at the end of the year. For the first time, I genuinely feel like I understand my tax, which is incredibly empowering. Highly recommend.

   I have been a customer for well over fifteen years with Self-assessment and Corporation tax requirements, which have been handled faultlessly over this time. Ten Forward have always been responsive to my needs - polite and friendly reminders of deadlines, but also always willing to chat in depth about my finances and offer advice and suggestions when required. Their guidance has resulted in me getting a good mortgage which had been previously tricky as a freelancer. Personally I feel I could contact them easily to discuss any issue, and they have always responded very promptly and concisely when I've had any questions–be it regarding upcoming accounts or from previous years that I need to refer back to for any reason. I've had interactions with many team members and I like how they all have their speciality areas, but it still feels like there is a cohesive approach across the company which is very professional and reassuring.
