Very professional company, I had a tax investigation dragging on over 4 years. My accountant was really struggling to get it resolved. I saw a You tube video by Churchill explaining about tax investigations and how they can assist along with some interesting advice. I was assisted by Mike who used to work for HMRC. Tax disclosure well handled by the team. I liked the flexibility where the team were available to answer my queries and during the week, rather than tied down to Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Also, I appreciate the due diligence carried out within the company on the calculations and checks before the final statement.
After receiving a Tax Investigation letter, I started calling some Tax Advisers to help me and I felt Churchill was the best experienced and reliable firm to handle my problem. Prior to the initial meeting with Jamal, I was very worried and it kept me awake for several nights. But from the start I felt the process would be managed properly by Churchill. They are very professional and whenever I needed to follow up on the case, they always called me back. Churchill Tax Advisers are a very professional and reliable company, they have not only handled a very difficult case of mine involving sums of up to 100k, but reassured me during every stage that everything was under control. My case handler was Imaad and Jamaal, I recommend you to ask for any of these two respectfully if you are in need of an accountant or have a personal HMRC matter to discuss. Imaad and Jamaal both successfully concluded my case with no tax to pay. Personally I feel we leave feedback for Uber/Just Eats and other organisations but not much feedback is given to these professionals who work on your case on hours ends and get you out of situations where others give up. Touching on the above point on where others give up that is exactly what happened to me, I used another accountant to help me with my case, but he only delayed matters and left me in the dark with nearly all communications to HMRC. Churchill Tax Advisers kept me in the loop at every stage and reassured me with continuous updates using all kind of communication methods to keep me upto date with the progress of my case. Finally only use Churchill Tax Advisers, I know this may have been a long feedback but its my personal reassurances to all of you that this is the place to go to if you have a case that needs handling.
