   I can honestly say that this accountant and management team are the best I have found in my four years of being self-employed. They have extensive knowledge about both the Spanish and the British taxation systems. Their professionalism makes them the best choice for self-employed individuals and those dealing with bureaucratic issues. Aster & Trujillo helped my husband and me to put our affairs in order; he's self-employed, and I was self-employed in Spain. They are honest, dedicated and very efficient.

   Luis and team has been my accountants for 5 years and could not be happier with their services, reliable, always ready to answer questions and thoughtful with smaller accounts like mine. Special mention to Luis, he is very nice and human in communication, always finds a moment to explain you any doubt and making accounting look like an easy task, you really do not need to worry about anything, they will sort it out.    I had a video call scheduled today July 1st at 13:30 (UK time) with Mr. Luis Trujillo Garzón, arranged weeks in advance to discuss getting help for my business taxes and accounting. Despite sending me a reminder the day before, he did not attend the meeting, failed to cancel in advance, and did not respond to the email or WhatsApp message I sent while I was waiting for him to show up. I waited for nearly 20 minutes. As an entrepreneur, my time is extremely valuable, and unfortunately, this experience was a complete waste of it. While I can’t speak to the quality of their services once you begin working with them, failing to show up without any communication is extremely unprofessional. UPDATE: Contrary to what they claim in response to my initial review, no one ever contacted me via WhatsApp to reschedule. Had they done so, I wouldn’t have posted this review in the first place. When they missed our scheduled call, I reached out to Mr. Trujillo through both WhatsApp and email and received no response. Perhaps they messaged the wrong number, who knows. I made every effort to get in touch and never heard back. This is the first time I’m hearing that they allegedly tried to contact me, two weeks later.

   My experience with Aster & Trujillo, specifically with Luis, to date has been excellent. He has been consistently easily to contact and answer any questions I've had. Being in an evolving situation (moving from UK to Spain and setting up to work on both sides after becoming self-employed in Spain), Luis's advice at various points as things were shaping up has been very helpful in making the next steps. He has proven to be very knowledgeable and has always been able to see things from my point of view (not the most up-to-speed person with regards to tax issues). I couldn't recommend his services more highly.

   If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Not sure how many of these reviews are real because this one really is. My wife and I used Mr Luis E Trujillo Garzon services a couple of years ago. The cost of using his service (which we were conned into the signing for before we were given the full cost) was more than the tax owned on our Spanish rentals. If you want a cheaper service, use someone else. Bunch of crooks. PS Luis, just seen you response. When you provided the proposal, which we signed, it did not list the full cost in pounds and pence. It was only when we then received you large bill (more than the tax we needed to pay) that the real cost was apparent in black and white. Who's being unbelievable?
