Used SelfTax to file a SA800. I had some issues during the final check and reported it via the chat. SAM was very helpful and escalate the problem with ADAM who fixed the issue. Very polite and very good reactivity from the team; but the problem was at their end. Shouldn't they have spotted it before? Still 5 stars from me.
everything worked smoothly this time round. What i was impressed with was the quick response i got for a question. I can only do this admin late at night. So, when i needed help i realised no one was on the chat line but i left a message any way-a round 2am in the morning. By the morning..8am, there was a reply and the help suggested worked. So i´m happy.
Easy to file my tax return with overseas residency section, which is not available on the HMRC website for some reason. Had a small issue with the initial submission due to conflicting boxes that I had selected, which was easily and immediately resolved with the help of Sam in the online chat. Third year I have used the application. For the price you cannot beat it.
