   My husband is self employed, we have completed 20-21 tax return with them first time than we have been told next time when we will do it with them there will be discount £220. This year we was going to complete it with them again they said £270 and that is the discount totally rip off! Customer service terrible they never get back to you, asked them so many documents during visa extension they did not even understood an email from my solicitor only provided 1 document which was not enough! Penny apparently is an manager i have requested her to call me back at 9:50 am in regards to the discount which was not applied apparently it was but wasn’t paid £270 last year and £270 this year were asked discount was applied :)))) she did not even bother to call me back she told her staff that there will be no discounts applied to Henri and he did not even bother to call me back! Will be writing an formal complaint to the director and take it further with Financial Ombudsman as well! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Customer service 0!

   I've been using Simpltax for four years for my self employed Tax Return and they've been efficient, friendly and completely professional, offering advice and guidance where needed and ad hoc help with matters like mortgage applications. Penny in particular is incredibly helpful and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone for self employed returns.
