The team were personable while being highly professional, and made an easily confusing subject completely understandable for us. The team clearly communicated throughout the process and demonstrated integrity and transparency throughout, making us confident that our claim was in safe hands. Along with our claim, Randee went above and beyond to advise on how to optimally structure our work based on future tax changes, and even helped us to create tracking procedures that better record our R&D. I could not recommend them enough.

We were keen to ensure that our application was an accurate reflection of our investment into new educational platforms to avoid any unwelcome questions in the future. Randee certainly went the extra mile to ensure they understood our business and the R&D project in minute detail so they could structure the claim in such a way that HMRC could make an informed decision. We achieved our ideal outcome and offset a sizeable amount against our corporation tax liability justifying Randees fee which, essentially, paid for itself.
