Very good team, Great accounting service. Then service was providing with a lot of additional stress and time put forward from myself. I ended working as limited trader and it took six weeks to get a monthly analysis where another accountant stepped in as it had not been done and I was not getting a response. I was then told that the accountant didn't have time to tot up a table when a two week period was missing. Regarding the delayed response time I did ask for either a refund or another accountant to which it took 6 weeks and even though I got my accounts together, I never raised a complaint but I feel it may have been constructive at this point. I asked my address to be changed as I was ending my service mid May. I did not know this had not been done until September 15th. This is only as I had checked and then they did it. My end of the year analysis was submitted after I closed my company to the incorrect files submission. I am speaking with HMRC at the moment I will get this corrected but I have to wait two weeks and then I may not receive my tax refund until this is corrected. I was told by the accountant service that if I wanted this corrected by them it would be 95£+ Vat an hour to which I did this correction myself. I was also told nobody else in the office would like to help me. I felt his was harsh but I also think its untrue as the whole team were always very helpful and friendly and tried to resolve my problems. if everything runs smoothly and you don't need your accounts straight away and no errors are made this is a good service. Of course this has just been my experience. The accounting service is good, but the customer service from a small percentage of the team seems almost petty. I would suggest if working with this team that you ask for a time frame when your expected to receive a response via email/phone and when you receive your analysis too.
