   Family plus team aren't what they say they are! They come across friendly like they want to help you, when they do the complete opposite!! Thankfully I was given the heads up about them from another family, so I made sure I got my proof about there visits to my house (photos, cctv and documents) it all came to an end when family plus said to me if I got a social worker involved they could help my boy who has mental health issues get into a sen school. I obviously agreed as we all want whats best for our kids. This wasn't the case !!!! I received my report from family plus and it was disgusting!!!! She arrived with the socal worker and I asked her what the hell this report was about infront of the social worker and she (family plus) said the other lady had done it and she had no input in it. The social worker said she doesn't have any access to sen schools and family plus had report my children looking dirty, not having the correct clothes for the seasons , children not accessing medical health care. The list just went on !! Even to the smell of cat wee outside the front of my house !! This was brought up as well and whilst family plus just sat at my dining room table the school worker said she doesn't smell anything the house isn't filthy the kids are fine and she has no concerns!!! The social worker said to put in a complaint. For the 8 months of them arriving at my house I would make sure I took photos !! I have loads of documents from the gp ,a few from the dentist and my children have glasses anyway so it's obvious the information they put down is just full of lies !!! The social worker said in a meeting with me and school she doesn't need to be involved as there's no concerns about the children. I have made a complaint about family plus however they didn't record it as a complaint! Alot of covering their own ass ! I have now raised it further. This manager is just as bad has apparently he's carried out an investigation without even seeing me regarding my complaint! I find it even more interesting how he said family plus and social worker were not involved at the same time. This is where he should of seen me as I have taken a photo off my cctv of them arriving together and us all on cctv in my living room!! If they are involved with you and your family or becoming involved please get proof of what's happening in your house cos they are a bunch of nasty people. Only cctv and photos will prove what's really going on and being said. They are not to be trusted at all !!!! Thank goodness I was given the heads up cos I never thought a company could be so horrible!!!

   Parking can be a right nightmare, for such a big centre with so many services, so off they have approximately 9 spaces , 2 of those are disabled leave in plenty of time for an appointment and still late faffing trying to find a space. Unable to park in the car park next door as chance of being fined for using the Dr surgery car park. Other than the parking, the place is always clean and reception staff are lovely however I waited near 30 mins the other day for an appointment to be told someone would be with me shortly as called through but when I finally messaged that person they said they didn't get a call to say I was there in reception waiting.

   Social Services fails significant child abuse issues again.. Khadija Mannon who works in children's best interests has failed to recognise clear evidence of emotional/psychological abuse towards children. Utter shambolic service who also patronised myself and my partner. The service as a whole appear to be very poorly trained on parental alienation and clearly have no regard for children that they claim to work for. Khadija constantly ignores my own children's requests and ignores what I tell her but will rather side with the Mother. CQC has been emailed via complaints procedure and I will be taking further action against this service. Compelling evidence and a clear lack of care seems to be a real issue for Social Services. I now realise why they have a bad reputation.

   Receptionist really helpful and personable!! Called in pain and she stayed on the phone to me and did her upmost to help resulting in a prompt call with the Midwife. The staff are all so lovely and there's such a friendly atmosphere.

   Practising covid safe procedures. Staff are super friendly and really great with the children. Highly recommend this place. My little girl is always happy to go as she has had good experiences every time she's been, even having bloods taken. The ladies were amazing,she didn't even cry, she was happy as well because they gave her stickers and a certificate. I hope this puts anyone at ease if they are taking their children there for an appointment/bloods.

   Polite staff, reception is helpful and an easy location to find. Parking is absolutely shocking though as there aren't enough spaces available. Be sure to turn up early for this reason.
