   I started working with Jenny & Nutshell Accounts 6 months ago and felt compelled to write them a review, as the service has been far beyond what I expected of an accounting firm to support my business. With it being the first business I've launched, I have had to rely on Jenny and her fantastic & attentive team's support and guidance on the tax, accounting and administration side of things that I certainly don't have time for or deep knowledge of. The team are always on hand to respond to my queries, have my business' best interests in mind and have been a huge asset to my company. I see Nutshell as an extension of my business back office at this point and cannot fault the dedication they put into their work. Highly recommend to anyone like me, running a small but growing business in need of tax guidance, payroll and accounting needs.

   Working with Jenny and the team at Nutshell has been a breath of fresh air. I'm a small business (4 employees) and I couldn't be happier with the service and support they has given me. I was previously with a large accounting firm and often felt I was being ignored and left to my own devices without any proactive advice and support which left me in a few difficult situations.    Nutshell Accounts provides an extremely efficient, friendly and reliable service. When there were problems with my HMRC online systems they liaised with HMRC to sort out as quickly as possible. It is reassuring knowing that my payroll and tax calculations and operations are being dealt with in a timely and accurate manner well within deadlines without the need for me to chase anyone, or be concerned about errors. All the work completed to date has been done with speed and 100% accuracy and Nutshell accounts are easy to get hold of and respond quickly to emails. Thoroughly recommended.
