I just called them for a query about self-assessment and was expecting them to sort my problem out. But a lady who was talking to me on the phone was absolutely rude and didn't have any understanding about what she needed to do when talking to a client, and didn't have very bad behaviour, and in the end, she just hanged up the phone on me while I was talking. Very Disappointed about the Dehshid company.
