I have been with Deluxe for a year now and very happy with the service and quality of work I have received so far. Very efficient and easy to communicate with. I’ve received same day response to any query I’ve had which is super helpful seeing as I tend to leave things very last minute. I struggled with my previous accountant to get anything done that was meant to be included in their services. Switching to Deluxe and having everything sorted and explained to me has been a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and completely stress free! Couldn’t recommend them enough, not to mention they’ve saved me a lot of money.

Average service and unprofessional when it comes to money. He initially refused to return my paperwork until payment is made for tasks he didn’t complete. We agreed for 2 main areas (self assessment +.vat) . Vat wasn’t done however he was quick to send me a full invocie for incomplete work. I offered to pay him another 25% to complete the vat however he took the payment to close the account and still waiting for my original documents to arrive. Paid a total of £440 for self assessment and book keeping in the space of 2 month yet they couldn’t even email over a list of transactions I requested for. Communication was great at first which declined and he became not so responsive. He couldn’t wait for get his payment and demanded it once the deadline for self assessment over. It’s pity, I had high hopes for his services which turned out to be basic and money oriented with no care for my business.
Ethasham has always been very professional, helpful and available to answer my queries, which as a new LTD, was vital to me. Also, very understanding of my own personal circumstances. I have already recommended him to two colleagues who are now his clients.
