I needed (and still need as of today) to check if I’m ok with some tax/contributions so I decided to send a request for an estimated cost to this company: 1)email 01/10/24 - no reply 2)follow up email 08/10/24 - no reply 3)Open request via website (don’t remember the date and didn’t receive any confirmation via email) - no reply 4)Called 21/10/24 to check if the company is still there - I was at work and couldn’t speak (confidential/sensitive data request) I asked them to check the emails and let me know - never heard back 5)Last follow up email 23/10/24 6)28/10/24 complete radio silence hence I’m writing this I should hope for them that they have so many customers that they can afford to disregard completely some, I can’t say I didn’t try, perhaps more than they deserve. I don’t know what to think, will look elsewhere.
