I don't know exactly what happened, but I had a very bad experience... All my accounts are overdue, full of fines... Anna disappeared after two months of calling and sending unanswered messages. Someone call "Sid" responded from the same number and email as I communicated with Anna saying that, they did not have the staff to do the work and Anna was away with personal matters. After contracts signed and promises made. She seemed to us to be so optimistic with many ideas with new programs and ended up in this disappointment. A huge frustration.
I am very happy with Pegasus, I find them responsive and always trying to help me even with issues that have nothing to do with the accounts or tax. They do the accounts for my limited companies and self assessment. I highly recommend them.
I had decided to do my own accounts. Whenever I had a query I contacted Pegasus Accountants and they were very helpful in teaching and talking through what I had to do. They were happy to support me with my accounts. The staff is very accessible (booking meetings on the day at times), very friendly and approachable.
