   Having been with IMS since September 2017, I can honesty say that they are a massive improvement on my previous accountant. Their initial mentoring service was very professional and useful; the online portal was always easy to use and update; all phone conversations were always dealt with promptly and efficiently and face to face meetings to discuss the more complex questions were always handled with great patience and attention. Also, being out of contract for the last 6 months, they did not charge for the payroll services but still provided a very professional service for all HMRC and essential business. Only downside is that the offices are not very clearly identifiable from the outside - could do with better signage. Overall, I would definite recommend them.

   As someone who is new to the UK and to setting up my own Limited company, I was extremely happy with IMS after hearing some stories of other companies that were not very helpful at all. I have found them to be professional, they have explained what was happening at each step in the process and they have been very quick to respond to my questions.
