   My first review on Google woohoo! It's a shame its not a positive one though but I felt compelled to share my experience. I called to enquire about personal tax return and was informed I need to speak to James Wright. No interest to take my details but I gave them and asked for a call back. No call back. Next day I walked into their office enquiring about James Wright. Office looked disorganised, was given a scrap piece of paper and told to write my details for a call back later. No call back. I called the following day and was advised with disdain that maybe I should look elsewhere. I've never experienced this complete lack of courtesy or arrogance by any business. Its a shame as they are my local accountants.
