The worst experience ever. Crystal Tax Accountants can’t even handle basic tasks properly, and you’re constantly having to chase them for updates. Completely unprofessional and frustrating—I would not recommend their services to anyone.
10/10, I transferred to PAYE and thought I could not submit, but my representative made the process very easy and still got a very good rebate.
I would strongly advise caution in dealing with them. Their delays in submitting the required documents led to the closure of my company, and I had to spend approximately £3,000 to have it reinstated
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Crystal Tax. I entrusted them with managing my company’s accounts, but they failed to carry out even the most basic responsibilities. Despite charging me £600 to date, they did not complete any filings, nor did they provide any meaningful accounting services. Instead, I was repeatedly contacted for additional payments, without any explanation or evidence of progress on my accounts. This prolonged inaction and lack of communication directly resulted in one of my companies being dissolved by Companies House, and another company receiving a penalty charge—both of which could have been avoided with competent and timely service. Their unprofessional handling has caused me serious financial and administrative damage, and I am now forced to move my accounts to a new accountant just to get things back on track. I would not recommend Crystal Tax to anyone looking for reliable, transparent, or responsible accountancy services.
Always found Crystal Tax to be very helpful in my time with them for a number of years. Arminas was always on hand to assist with whatever my query was and he was easy and relaxed to deal with.
They helped me get back 4 years of rebate lovely experience with edgar stress free handled it really well got the money straight away.
Bad experience with them, if you dont like the result of your tax return and want to change for another accountant they will still ask the money ,if you dont pay them they will send debt collectors at your door .
The service I have received has been exceptional - excellent communication, expedient and thorough processing of claim and very timely payouts, I could not have wished for better.
