Year ends not filed for over two years for 3 of my company’s, Vat not filed on time, wages wrong multiple times, the director Ian Douglas ignoring is all emails, massively disappointed.
Not a very good service. Lack of communinication. Never rang or emailed back. I expected a lot more of a service. Very unorganised. Defiantly wouldn't recommend.
There are accountants and then there is Plan A. It's hard to find an accountant who you can talk to and they actually listen. Plan A encouraged me to move away from Sage to Xero and it was the best move i have ever made. Thanks to the team, my accounts are now easier and a pleasure to do.... Even on the move.
