I switched to using Smooth Feathers Accountants because my last accountants were not proactive in helping me reduce my tax bill and they had lost the personal touch. However Pulkit definitely hasn’t as he understands small businesses and as nothing is too much for him - he is always a call, text and email away and sends proactive emails after every budget so I don’t need to waste time understanding how I will be affected. He looks after my payroll I recommended him to my mum who he does her BTL accounts for too - keep up the excellent work!
