These guys are brilliant. Had a last minute tax return to do and they handled it professionally and fast and got it done in time, they also didn’t try and rip me off like the rest of the accountants I went to did. Highly recommended.
Vick and Shane gave us an introduction to Quickbooks as we converted from a manual accounting system for our small business. They very quickly adapted to a level we were comfortable with and focused on what we needed to know rather than trying to teach us everything about it. Saved an awful lot of time trying to watch all the online tutorials and probably still not getting it quite right. Would highly recommend them.
With 25 Years with our current accountant, it was time consuming just trying to get hold of them, never returned our telephone calls and they had no knowledge of IT or computers.(Old School accountants) We searched two years ago to find an accountant who had IT Knowledge and systems experience, and good common sense, That's when we found Vicky & Shane Vicky came to visit us at our offices, where we agreed to change to Vicky & shane, However on viewing our accounts, both Vicky & Shane found issues with our HMRC records and overpayments. They both spent amount of time reviewing 5 years accounts and putting right what the old accountant had done, we received a repayment back from them of over £5k in overpayments which they had held, and fixed our HMRC Records which we also received a refund from HMRC. Since then, we have built a very good partnership, and support service, where they both take an interest in provide tax saving and support on our online accounting systems. I would highly recommended anyone looking to change accountants to contact Vicky or shane who will resolve any issue you have online or face 2 face. OUTSTANDING
Vicky came to visit me at my work place to help me understand how to make contra payments and to help me with the bank reconciliation. I'd spent around 6 weeks trying to do it and was at my wits end!
