   I work for 4 different families as a Nanny and this often causes great problems with HMRC/Tax codes etc. Not sure why, but it does. I have to call HMRC at least half a dozen times a year. This week has been the most stressful yet, with a change in my code again, which meant I was wrongly having a lot of money deducted for an error. I called Nannypaye for some assistence and not only did they take deliver, but went above and beyond to help find the issue. Chloe in particular has been an absolute star. She saved my sanity and Christmas!! I got straight back on the phone to HMRC, they agreed with the findings and long story short, I am not losing half my wages before Christmas!! They are friendly, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Nothing I have asked for help with has been too much or too difficult. They take all of the worry and work out of managing a nanny’s pay and pension. There’s no waiting on hold or being directed to different departments - just drop them an email or pick up the phone and your query will be resolved.
