I had an excellent experince with them . The best part of them are they are very responsive and guide you in detail. They also subject matter expert and always there to help you. They also are very professional and fast in their services. Also important to not I am no way their friend as I saw in few of comments. It's independent review.
Dont fall for the 5Star reviews, which are surely from their friends. Dont get lured with the Tax return they get for you on first year. You would need to pay triple the amount later to Government for their blunder. Dont fall for this. And they wont even bother to explain on what can be the consequences for the returns
0 starts. Worst professionalism from Mr Venu. All the 5 ratings must be from his friends, I believe!!! His way of interacting with me (a previous customer) was really unacceptable!! I was his customer few yrs back and when I reached him to explain about a concern which I have now to him, he was mocking at me instead of helping!! He was giggling constantly while listening to my problem instead of trying to help me sort it out. And he even used really impolite words even though there was no provocation from me. How can someone behave to a customer like this!! He disconnected the phone while I haven't finished talking and insisted me to just only listen to him and don't tell back anything to him!!! I mean what the hell.. !! Really rude and unprofessional and worst customer experience. Money ripping team. Will never recommend it to anyone.
Venu and his team are the kind of professionals that you don't believe exist, because of how brilliant they are. If I could add a sixth star to this review then I would. I am with Venu for almost 7 years and honestly, I've lost track of how many times I've recommended someone to use ORM Accounting services - they are superb.
