   Me and my partner worked with Clarissa to get a mortgage as a first time buyer. The speed in which she got all of the information needed from us to get the application for an offer was incredible. It was much appreciated and felt lucky to get a decent interest rate, which mostly is down to Clarissa’s speed and attention to detail. She guided us through the whole process and at the time where anxiety was at a high, she explained to us why we shouldn’t worry and really calmed the nerves, which I cannot explain how much that meant, having someone who generally cared on the other end of the email/phone call can seem rare these days and Clarissa is one of those special cases where she seems to understand how and why you might feel that way!
