   Elliot and his team at Windsor Hill Mortgages have been truly exceptional in assisting with the purchase of my first home (a Right to Buy property in London), which has been a very long process of almost a year! When I first began the search for a mortgage broker, I spent a lot of time speaking with different companies, and Elliot did the best job at demystifying the process by explaining things in great detail and answering all of my first time buyer questions with patience and genuine care. I also appreciated that he never rushed me, as many other brokers tend to do this! His team members, James and Nicholas, were also extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. I also really appreciated Elliot's conveyancer recommendations, as I worked with an excellent solicitor who swiftly liaised with the seller on my behalf.    Elliot was our broker, and he was amazing. We came to him as we were having some issues with our previous Mortgage offer, Elliot was very quick, professional, and explained everything very clearly. We used help to buy and he was able to help us through the application process. But not only was Elliot great, so was Tom, the administrator. Tom was always on top of the paperwork end and was on the phone to our solicitors, and help to buy which was such a help and really took some the pressure off the whole stressful process of buying a house. These guys are great, and I am defiantly coming back for my mortgage!
