We've been working with Edward for the better part of a year now (our indecisiveness, not any slowness on his side!) and don't have a bad word to say about him. My husband and I had a unique situation, being American expats without indefinite leave here, so Edward was tasked with finding us lenders and products that would accept non-UK citizens, and he definitely rose to the occasion. I can honestly say that he's the only person through the purchasing process that has been more proactive than me- while I've had to constantly chase emails and phone calls with the estate agent, solicitor, vendor, etc., Edward has always been in my inbox with an update before I had to ask for one. He's also, on more than one occasion, given us advice outside of his realm of responsibility, which was so appreciated, and saved us a lot of money in the end. He even advocated for us when the lender wanted us to move our money from the US to the UK at a time when the exchange rates weren't working in our favour in order to buy us a few extra weeks. He is also really dedicated- he didn't disappear on us leading into the December holidays, and he's taken calls with us after hours when it was urgent. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone purchasing a house.
