Was hopeful that I might be able to speak to someone about some questions I had about a mixed-use mortgage on a potential property purchase. I filled out the enquiry form online, didn't get any response so I called instead. They said I'd be allocated to someone and that they'd call back that day. Still didn't hear back so called a couple days later. Was told that they would email my allocated person and cc me in, but I still haven't received an email. Completely understand if it's just that they're super busy, but it just felt a bit dishonest to tell me that they'd do something that they then didn't do. Happy to take my enquiry elsewhere.
Our mortgage just completed! The Fox Davidson team were super helpful.
