   Josh has been absolutely amazing throughout our whole mortgage process. As first-time buyers, we had no idea what to expect, but he made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. He has been incredibly helpful, informative and friendly from start to finish, and has really guided us through every step of the application. He took the time to make sure we had every possible document and piece of information ready before submitting, which meant our mortgage request has been accepted just 2 days after submitting! He was so attentive, always willing to put time aside for us, and genuinely cared about getting us the best deal. What stood out most was how transparent he was when explaining our options, nothing ever felt rushed or confusing. He made sure we fully understood each choice, and we always felt confident that he had our best interests at heart. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.    Owning our own home has been some what of a pipe dream for myself, my husband and our two kids. It’s something we’ve dreamed of for a long time but due to some mistakes with our credit we honestly believed it wouldn’t ever become a reality for us. We started initially working with another broker and after receiving the dreaded news that we’d been rejected on our mortgage application I decided I’d give it one last go.. I googled “ application declined” and up popped Mortgage Heroes. I dropped them a call and was pretty distressed but was calmly spoken to by Simeon. Turns out it was the best decision I’d made and wished I’d done it sooner. From the very start we received a first class professional service and I can honestly say that i quickly realised what sets Mortgage Heroes apart from the rest of the brokers out there.    Simeon has done an outstanding job! Due to the nature of my work, my pay is complex and some banks won’t take in to consideration all of my monthly income. Simeon found multiple banks that were willing to offer me a mortgage and the mortgage in principle got approved within 2 weeks. I am a first time buyer and also purchasing by myself, Simeon made this entire process easy and stress free, he kept me updated with everything along the way, promptly answered any questions I had and has been a pleasure to work with. He offered to help me find a Solicitor as I have not needed one before and the Solicitor he recommended has also been fantastic!    Simeon at the mortgage heroes is one of the loveliest people I have ever spoken to. Simeon took us on after some difficulty with obtaining a mortgage where we began to feel that we could never do it and were struggling to understand the process as first time buyers he made it so clear and easy to understand the process. Simeon handled us so well and worked around our work schedules too. He is a brilliant communicator and stuck by us through the whole experience I cannot recommend a company highly enough. Simeon is easy to talk to, friendly and warm and made one of the most stressful experiences I've ever had simple and I trusted him without a doubt. He was as honest as possible in all instances, and that was all we could have asked for. With Simeon's help, guidance and expertise we were able to get a mortgage (a brilliant one at that), approval, and even some extras. He has also kindly given me information and contacts for my survey and my insurance. An all-around positive experience and I will never stop recommending this brilliant company to others.    I am a first time buyer who has just reserved a new build and been extremely eager to secure interest rates before they shift. Simeon was incredibly helpful at explaining all of the different factors to be aware of in terms of new builds, and advising what would be the best policy for me. He managed to push through an AIP for me within a few hours at last minute notice which I truly appreciate. The only reason I'm not going ahead is that the new build would very much prefer me to go with their own broker due to the incentives impacting asking price. Would highly recommend Simeon to anyone needing help with their mortgage.
