   Even though we had little to no hope left after trying to solve our issue on our own for about a year, we managed to come across these people and gave it a shot. Long story short, the results far exceeded our wildest expectations and we can happily close this issue after about another year and a half. I am mentioning the lenght of solving the issue as a token of graditue since they have never lost interest in pursuing our wishes and kept fighting for our cause, never gave up.
