   Appalling!! Duncan has got the gift of the gab but he is as unreliable as they come! Sooooo unhappy. Did not respond to any of my Whatsapp messages, lost the measurements he had previously taken the excuse being that he had updated his ipad, then did not have the tools that he needed even though he had known for WEEKS what tools were needed, was meant to turn up just before 9 am, had still not turned up by noon ... do not touch the fellow with a barge pole. He charges princely rates for doing nothing ... he will tell you he can book you any time because he has at least two days free per week for last minute jobs but then has not got time for weeks!! I wasted sooooo much time with the fellow. Seriously, I had booked him based on his review score but I think these must be fake! Don't use him!!!!

   Duncan is punctual, very sociable and friendly. No issue is a problem for him. He came to help me with dismantling furniture, flat packing and bubble wrapping for a house emptying session and bought all his tools and had no problems and issues. He also took away some items for the rubbish tap. His pricing is very honest and reasonable and there is no issue of being ripped off. I would recommend Duncan over and over again. I could not have done it without Duncan and he made it a lot less stressful during a house emptying session. Thanks again.

   Dancan is amazing he fitted a heavy blind rail & blind roller that had come off the wall during Xmas , very professional. I then bought a ring doorbell didn’t have a clue on how to fit it I called this gentleman and he kindly came over straight away to fit it. His excellent and always there when you need him very good advisor too . Don’t struggle just call Duncan .

   Be careful with this company. They try to claim money for the jobs they didn't complete! Duncan came to see the jobs, he attempted to fix the sofa however it failed after a few days. He explained that he needed to buy some materials to fix the faulty wardrobe and chest of drawers, and then he would give me a quote including the purchase of materials. He removed a runner from one of the drawers in order to deduce the measurements, he took it with him and never returned it. He did not call, he didn't send a quote or come back. He has made no contact with me for two and a half year. After two and a half years, he contacted me by phone, not to give a quote or to complete the jobs, but to ask for a payment for the "completed jobs"! He threatened to take me to court. So please be aware and see the photo of the state of the chest of drawers he claims he fixed.
