   I contacted EM Flatpack because previous movers we had hired to help us move a L shaped sofa couldn’t disassemble it. EM assured me they would be able to do it and their fitter Gary got the job done, including the reassembly at the new property, within a couple of hours. Gary went above and beyond by helping us lift the sofa out of the property and into the new one. I can’t recommend EM Flatpack enough.

   Kevin was really responsive and the quotes were reasonable and we were booked in quickly. Alan was our fitter he did 4 jobs, 2 beds, shelves and hooks and all were done to a high standard. He was really professional and a nice guy. Would highly recommend this team.

   From the first initial contact, the communication with Flat Pack Assembly London and especially Kevin has been excellent. They send you communication to confirm installation time and costs and when I needed to change the installation date, it was easily done and with minimum fuss with them. The cost of the installation is very reasonable and the engineer (Alan) arrived at the time agreed and did an excellent job in putting together the TV bed. He was also very good at explaining how the various things worked and gladly answered any questions that I had. Overall the job was completed professionally from start to finish and I would definitely use them again. Jas

   Gary came on time and was polite, courteous and professional, wearing plastic overshoes without me asking. He assembled a large wardrobe all by himself in about 2 hours, keeping me updated throughout. The wardrobe looks great assembled, and he easily manoeuvred it into a tight space. The price for assembly was very fair and reasonable compared to others. I would absolutely use this company again for any tricky furniture assembly - fantastic service!

   Amazing service! We were provided with Kevin’s details regarding the assembly of a bed. The bed company continually cancelled the order on the day of but Kevin was so patient and appreciated his advice on next steps. Lana came to assemble the bed we eventually bought and did a fantastic job. She was polite, friendly and super quick! Couldn’t be happier - will def be using again. Thank you!
