If you as a client make comments or ask questions, they take time to give detailed, straightforward and clear answers. No woolly, long, and winding explanations that try to explain away mediocrity.    Ali was professional and polite throughout the work, from giving a quote to completion. He takes pride in his work. His communication was great when arranging times. Ali and his son did various work both inside and outside the house including installing new internal locks and dismantling built-in furniture.
