   Having read the reviews I thought this would be a good company to have landscape my mums garden. An appointment was booked and a man arrived to view the work required and left saying that he would put the quote through the letterbox that was over 2 weeks ago and there has been no communication. For a company that advertises as "professional" they come across as unprofessional and incompetent in dealing with the smallest of tasks such as a quote. If you lack the ability in getting a quote together how do you expect to be given a job? Will quite happily go elsewhere using a company who are more reliable and have much better customer service.

   They worked on replacing my frontdoor afterwards i couldn't shut the door properly. Asked them to solve the issue but they wouldn't. The workman couldn't speak English very well, so they were unable to communicate clearly what was going on.

   Thank you to Snow White Professional team for the repair works carried out at my home. The contractors, one for electrical and one for repairing tiling and guttering, turned up on time, were polite, friendly, professional and efficient. They left the areas they had worked on tidy and gave great advice along the way. I would highly recommend Snow White's many services.

   We've used their handyman service a few times for a variety of jobs and been very satisfied with their work and they've kept any mess to a bare minimum whilst doing so. Prices for getting ad-hoc jobs done is very reasonable, and they give a very good idea of costs up front. Sadly dropped the rating due to problems with the work done in all cases now, and suspicion that some work paid for was not even done. Note this review does not apply to any of their other services! Their building services in particular leave a lot to be desired, not sure i would believe any acreditations these days I dont think they mean much nor membership of check''trade which seems fo simply be an advertising scheme with zero consumer protection.

   Excellent team - highly recommended! Daniel and his team did a superb job with our house renovation, including refitting our kitchen, installing underfloor heating on the ground floor, replacing our bathroom and redecorating some bedrooms. Daniel was really flexible and patient, allowing us to add new items to the scope during the project. The team finished the works on time and within the agreed budget. Whenever the inevitable problems with a Victorian house cropped up, Daniel found good solutions. Overall, the team were great at communicating, always on time, trustworthy and a real pleasure to have around!

   Great Team and fantastic service! Very reliable and professional in every aspect of SWP works. They were always on time and very tidy. No hidden costs and nothing was ever a problem. Great communication with office as well as guys on site. We had our front room make over done including floor insulation, fire breast preparation for wooden stove, bespoke cupboards and sliding double door installation ( which wasn’t straight forward) it all went smoothly. We are very happy and considering them now for our kitchen extension.

   Snowwhite built a garden shed, set a new patio and landscaped our garden. I highly recommend Daniel and his team. Their quote was super accurate, they were incredibly trustworthy, tidy, and had a work ethic like I have never seen before. They provided super advice, and were never trying to push the easiest or most expensive options - they wanted us to be happy with the results at all times. The quality of the work speaks for itself.
