   The washing machine stopped draining and I couldn't open the filter myself. It turned out it was jammed and needed specialist repair. I Called Kevin on a Saturday morning and within an hour he was at the house. Another 30 mins later and the washing machine was fixed. I was on a time limit and stressed, so very very grateful that Kevin came out right away! He was super friendly and trustworthy. So much so I gave him extra for his troubles and for coming out right away on a Saturday morning. Even with the extra his rates are so good. Highly recommend, thanks Kevin!
