   I called and explained the issue with my washing machine, he said it was an easy fix and that he could send me a video to do it myself. Not being DIY minded at all, he agreed to come and was driving past my road, so came in a couple of minutes, that's service for you! I will certainly be using their various services in the future. Honest, efficient and reasonable, what more could you want in a tradesman!
