   Purchased a VGA Cable but did not work. Using my 2013 desktop pc with a vga monitor. Before purchased I've asked if this is going to work. Vendor said " As long as it has VGA it will work " I've asked if it's possible to refund if it doesn't He said "no" understand. Tested but did not work Went back to the shop requested for refund at least half. But he said no, as it's not a faulty item. Vendor then tested with 2 pc and 1 vga monitor and 2k/4k TV!!! Then the vga works Vendor says " My desktop is at fault which you need to lower down the resolution" Unfortunately this is how you get to support local vendor. Going to amazon

   Avoid this place. I had an extremely negative experience during my interaction with this business. I took my Hitachi 65inch tv here to fixe . The technician told me as soon as he knows what is wrong with the tv he will let me know. Few days later, he said it was " back light" problem. He also said the back light will cost 90£ and 40 £ for repair a total of 130£ which I agreed. Few days later, the technician said he has fixed the tv and that I can come and pick it up.I called in the morning to double check with him because I had to drive for approximately one hour to get to his place. He reassured it was fixed and then I told him the time I will be coming to pick it up. Surprisingly when i was few minutes away from his place, he called to say he hasn't fixed the issue. When I got there he showed me the "back-light"he claimed he has replaced . Surprisingly again he replaced a "back light " which according to him wasn't the issue. I told him earlier the tv had sound but no pictures only blue screen. Surprisingly he said there was a bigger issue My question was , why did he order "the back-light" if he wasn't sure if it was the back light? Why did he change the " back-light" if it wasn't the issue? Something was not quite right with everything he said. This was a complete waste of time and money.

   This was my first time using Blu Gates and should I need any tech repairs in the future I’ll definitely be using them again. Laptop screen suddenly stopped working and because I use it for both gaming and work, I needed a quick fix. Visited the shop and dropped my laptop off with Victor. Within a couple of hours he had taken a look at it and informed me I’d need a new screen and that he could get the parts ordered and have it fixed the following day. Returned to collect my laptop the next day and it was sorted. New screen is good quality and parts/labour was reasonably priced.
