I called up Elias for an issue with the gas pipe which was fitted wrongly by the previous owner's builder/worker. Elias was quick to come over and have a look at the issue, suggested his availability at a later time and reasonable charges to fix the issue. On the day he suggested, he messaged me beforehand about the time he would be visiting and he reached on time. Due to an accident, I wasn't able to move the white goods but he didn't complain and moved all of the equipment to make space. While fixing the issue, he found another problem and fixed that one as well. He has to do a bit of rework in order to fix the other issue but he didn't hesitate to do that. Very helpful and professional work. Highly recommended.
I contacted Plumbistan for some work and they promptly replied. On the day they kept me updated so I knew when to expect them as they had other jobs before me and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Great friendly, efficient and professional service. I mentioned to them they didn't have to clean up themselves after the job but they took it upon themselves to make sure my place was left very clean.
