   My washing machine was not starting. Marco came and diagnosed a problem with the door lock. As the part needed was low cost, he suggested that it would be easiest and quickest if I ordered the part myself and he would fit it once it arrived. Once I let him know the part had arrived, he came and fitted it at the agreed time, and completed the repair within a few minutes. He charged me only the initial call-out fee as it was such a straightforward repair.
