Absolutely first class service from start to finish. My dive watch had stopped working and 2 battery changes didn't solve the problem. Citizen were entirely uninterested in repairing it, they didn't even return my email, so I called Viva. Despite it not being on their list of watches they serviced, they took it on and were dogged, persistent and failure just wasn't an option for them. Eventually, after great Comms, thorough testing and an abject refusal to let a customer down, my watch was returned this evening, fully functional and at an exceptionally competitive price. Wholeheartedly recommended, purely on the basis that my son has got his 21st birthday present back. I look forward to giving it to him in 8 years time!
It’s been a pleasure dealing with Viva Watches in Byfleet. They initially replaced the batteries in three of our automatic watches at prices well below high street chains. I then asked them to repair and clean a family heirloom watch, a handmade art deco tank watch from the 1920’s, and they did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price. The whole interaction was very pleasant, effective and well priced. Thoroughly recommended.

My TAG watch was in desperate need of a service. I went to all the usual suspects but was very disappointed with the length of time the watch would be away and the amount that they wanted to charge me.I consulted Mr Google and found Viva Watches, i called and took the watch straight to them. I was greeted by Cameron the Horologist and i immediately felt at ease with his calm and professional manner. I told him the issues i had with the watch and he explained exactly what he thought the problems might be. He told me that if it needed any parts he would contact me and explain why and the cost. The price he quoted was very competitive and the time that he would have the watch was also acceptable. I picked the watch up and i am extremely happy with it, Cameron has done everything he promised and it looks brand new with no extra cost. I can not tell you how good it was to actually speak to the man who would be doing the work, not some faceless person. Priceless.
I needed some relatively inexpensive but sentimentally valuable jewellery items fixed and the larger stores weren’t interested in helping me. Had the pleasure of Cameron fixing two watches for me - neither very valuable but one with huge sentimental value to mysef that I presumed was either past repair, or uneconomical to do so. Cameron not only repaired both watches, but did so quickly and for a fair price - even replacing a chipped screen free of charge to really bring the watch to back to life. Having met Cameron now, I would have zero reservations recommending his services to anyone, and its great to know I've found a trustworthy, reliable repairer and seller of great jewellery.
As with these other customers lucky enough to have found Viva Watches, I cannot recommend them highly enough. A superb, friendly customer service and with a real passion and enthusiasm for his trade, Cameron repaired my vintage automatic Citizen Promaster after it started running intermittently. It now runs like a brand new watch and keeps excellent time. Cameron has since replaced the second hand of my vintage Roamer Popular, having sourced one as near to the original as anyone is likely to find. A real high end service, at an extremely competitive price.
