I have known Witchblair Engineering and there owner Justin for nearly ten years and they look after my own vehices when the need arises, they posses class leading diagnostics and more importantly the depth of knowledge to interpret their findings to find a quick resolution, highly recommended.    Justin and his team have been super helpful and accommodating with a fiddly welding job on my '09 plate Skoda repairing it ahead of its MOT, which it passed today with no issues. Justin had been recommended to me independently by two people also in the motor repair trade, both speak very highly of his work. Important to have a personal recommendation as a lady driver I feel!

   I have been using Justin and his services for at least 10 years. He has done everything from servicing to replacing an entire engine for me in a vehicle that is still going strong 2 years later without a problem. He has a reputation for being able to fix things that others cannot. I have always found him to be honest and straight forward in the way he works keeping me up to date along the way. A true engineering genius!

   Was good in the past but won't be going back. Very poor customer service, expected me to order and pickup a part because he "doesn't know the number for Hyundai" - I didn't mind picking it up but the part was £180 with no refunds so was reluctant to place the order in case I ordered the wrong thing. This was after a month of first contacting Witchblair with the problem. Doesn't have time for his customers, I've always paid straight away for previous jobs with no hassle and been as flexible as possible given his busy forecourt. Will take my business elsewhere in future.
