Great service from Ashley who recently fixed our 5 year old AEG dishwasher which was not draining. Whilst not able to fix the issue during the initial visit, he returned to fit a replacement pump at a very reasonable cost & no additional call-out charge.
I can highly recommend Ashley Bunce , the Dishwasher Doctor. He identified our problem and fixed our dishwasher on the same day we called him. He carries a range of spares for most issues and machines, so really knows what he is doing. Fair fixed transparent pricing, with fast efficient service, makes him a top man in our kitchen !
Called Ashley up to book a repair... when I explained the issue, he (without skipping a beat) told me exactly what the problem was and how to fix it myself! I got it going again within 30 mins. Fantastic advice from a clearly knowledgable engineer. Highly recommend!

My four year old dishwasher stopped working and showed an E15 error code. Ashley came out and took the machine apart and replaced one of the bits with spares that were in his van and had it up and running again within about half an hour. Very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. I will always call him first if I have any dishwasher issues in future.
Simply unbelievable. Ashley fixed my ancient Miele, which we thought was unrepairable. It was beyond economic repair in that a new motor would have cost £300+. Ashley had one from a cannibalised machine and fixed it for £80. Just brilliant.
We’ve called Ashley out three times now and can’t rate him highly enough. He’s fast, reliable and reasonably priced. If he can repair, rather than replace, then he will. A rare breed.
