   Really pleased with the repair work completed by ARC Coachworks to my car following a hit and run. The repair is flawless and back to factory. The service was fantastic, with me being kept informed of timings throughout the whole process. They even collected my vehicle from my house, ensuring they noted and I signed off the condition, mileage and fuel level. I’d highly recommend ARC Coachworks to others.

   Not impressed so far, the guy that collected and dropped of was a nice bloke and the paint finish was very good. However the rear bumper hasn't been replaced as it should have been and the door gaps are a mess. And I've never know anywhere to take 3 weeks to change 2 doors.

   Took them almost a month to repair a few scratches on the rear bumper. Claimed I have damaged their courtesy car alloys when these clearly not damaged by driving as not even circular scratches but straight line and right by the tyre edge. Unfortunately my insurance dedicated them to take care of my car. When returned my car refused to accept there is a scratch on the bonnet which was not o when picked it ul from me... Avoid

Diagnosed and resolved the problem on the same day and took the time to explain what had caused the issue. Honest, reliable and great service. Highly recommend.

   So we had our audi A5 bonnet and bumper painted,Everything was removed and prepped to the finest detail.The finish was spot on including the blending in...I'm a painter myself and it was spot on...fantastic professional job...Will be going back when ever I need some paintwork in the future.Great job!!!

   I had an accident in my Mercedes Sprinter & my insurance company recommended I used this body shop as they're Mercedes Benz approved. From the first phone call everything was dealt with professionally & efficiently. My van was collected as promised & they supplied me with a replacement van to use, it was clean & was just what I needed to keep me working. I had phone calls giving me information on how the repairs were progressing & when I could expect it to finish. When the work was done they accommodated me by bringing my van back to where I was working to make it more convenient to me. I can't fault the repair work it was done to an exceptionally high standard & it was even valeted for me. If you have an accident this company makes what could be an awful process easy, professional & efficient. I can't rate them highly enough.
