Left my sewing machine to be repaired and was told it would be a while before he could get round to doing it as he had a lot of jobs already on. Nine weeks later I hadn't heard anything and when I eventually managed to get hold of him he told me that it would cost £160 to repair and suggested I buy a new machine! I found someone else doing sewing machine repairs with home visits and he has fixed it for an extra £10 on top of the £85 service fee. It obviously pays to shop around!
Took my old Bernina sewing machine in and Steve, the most friendly and knowledgeable owner fixed it in about 45 minutes for such a reasonable price. I would recommend this company anytime. Thank you for a brilliant service
I dropped off my machine for service/ repair in August last year (2020). Despite leaving numerous phone messages and, eventually, speaking to the owner on 25/5/21 - I have yet to receive my sewing machine back. I'm really disappointed as everyone else speaks so positively. If I ever get my machine back, I assure you, I will update this review to reflect this. I eventually collected my machine on 25/6/21. It's looking much better. The owner was apologetic that it has been so long. I am glad to have it back. The owner is very amiable and I would return, but would also ensure ask for better information regarding ongoing updates.

You cannot find a better place for puchasing and servicing of sewing machines. Fantastic customer service and always a Good price. Your machine is in good hands when you need a repair.
Just bought a brand new sewing machine from Steve at Sewfine and what service! He has a fantastic knowledge of all the machines he sells and also provides a fist class tutorial on his the machine(s) work and what they can do. For a ‘one man band’ his customer service is exceptional. I can’t recommend Sewfine strongly enough. After a mishap with my machine I asked around locally in Cambridgeshire for recommendations of a sewing machine repair place and was recommended sewfine, have family In that area and so dropped it in and picked it up next time we were there.
