   Excellent and prompt repairs by Darren. He diagnosed the fault with my 24 year old Bosch washing machine but unsurprisingly didn't have the part in his van. He ordered the replacement and came back on the next working day to fit it. If I need a repair again there will be no reason to call anyone else.

   Fast, friendly and professional service. Would recommend and use again. Tom answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and was very flexible in changing the appointment to meet my changing work engagements. His son-in-law Darren arrived at the agreed time on Tuesday (after giving me an hour notice so I could make it home in time to meet him) and fixed the defective drainage pump of our washing machine in less than 15 minutes. Pricing is very reasonable (particularly if you compare it to an engineer arranged by Bosch).

It took him less than 5 min do diagnose the fault and I was given honest and comprehensive advice. To my opinion Tom Ford offers a fast,professional and honest service.
