   Two friendly guys from Prestige Plumbers sent by their Scott Allen came and worked hard changing the boiler and seemed to do a good job. Now I am waiting for the 10 year guarantee details that I was told will be sent to me as I wasn't given the installer's details. I must say that they cleared all the rubbish, leaving the place spotless.

   Had a new boiler installed by Prestige Plumbers and I’m really impressed. The engineer was punctual, polite and very professional. The job was done efficiently, the workspace was left spotless, and I felt totally confident with the installation. Would definitely use them again!

   We asked Prestige Plumbers to renovate our elderly mum’s bathroom and make it safer for her to use, as she was no longer able to get into the bathtub. This involved knocking through to combine the bathroom and toilet into one accessible space. Mum is really pleased with the finished result — it’s something she’s wanted for years! The new walk-in shower has already given her much more confidence and independence. The only downside was that the project, which was meant to take three weeks, ended up taking six. The quality of the work is good overall, but a few finishing touches could have been handled with more attention to detail, and it would have helped to have Scott on-site a bit more often to oversee progress. That said, we’re happy with the result and would still recommend Prestige Plumbers for bathroom renovations or similar projects.

The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, everything works perfectly, and the space was left spotless. Communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated the clear explanations and honest advice. It's rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to quality work. Highly recommended!

   Excellent service and very professional. Sent Scott a note on Saturday night to say I had no hot water coming through any taps, he replied that night and booked me in for Monday first thing, plumbers arrived exactly as they said they would, took a look at the setup and diagnosed the issue very quickly, Excellent service, I also asked for a quote to replace a pump and a shower, Scott called me later that day with a realistic quote. Very efficient and extremely polite and professional. I will be using Prestige plumbers again, very pleased.

   Although they found and repaired a leaking pipe in my bathroom they left a hole in the bathroom floor (looking through to the kitchen downstairs). Despite promises to come and repair the floor after two weeks with no date, I ended up paying a tiler to fix it as I was afraid someone would get hurt. When I asked for an invoice for the work they did, again I was told several times that it was on the way. I've still not received it after a month. I expected better service from a local company.
