   Ashley from Ickenham Heating was not able to come out but sent another colleague within the day I contacted him. I had a wonderful experience and full diagnostic from his colleague Chris who went through everything fully and explained all the workings of the heating system in a a very thorough way and made non pressurised recommendations. Charged a very small call out fee (unlike most) so cant thank them enough for their stress free response. Many thanks Ashley for sending Chris.

   Ashley and Chris did a great job of switching us over to a combi-boiler. Every issue they came across, due to having a dodgy house, they were able to work around with neat solutions (e.g. rather than ripping up the floor) and they still finished in the 3 quoted days. I especially appreciated the neat job they did of tidying up around the pipework below the boiler and the outside alignment of the pipes. Will definitely use again.

   Ashley is courteous, professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service and am delighted that I found him to replace my old plumber/gas fitter who retired. He is clear about what he can and can't do, what needs doing and the price. He went above and beyond to help me install a cooker too. I would highly recommend him and will be calling when the boiler needs servicing.
