Rugal came to fix a washing machine door seal, fixed the seal really quickly and helped with cooker stove and light. An honest superstar. I would highly recommend.
Came same day. Replaced 13yr old broken washing machine on the spot with a 2yr old refurbed equivalent. Took away the deceased machine. Provided with 1yr warranty. Fast, easy service.
Amazing service. I found Rubik through Google, and was impressed by his reviews. I was not disappointed. I had a very old Miele dishwasher (excellent) which couldn't be repaired. Rubik helped over the phone and then was able to come the next day to install a new dishwasher. Polite, lovely, excellent, expert. Highly recommend.
Our washing machine ‘died’ on Saturday - rang Rugal. Prompt reply - offered me a very competitive price and installation by Tuesday. Washing machine was delivered and installed on Monday afternoon. Fantastic service - five stars.

Mr Rubik Ghalustians was very courteous, dealt with my inquiry quickly, and managed his engineers efficiently. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts required and went back to refit all within a couple of days. Price was fair, and team were professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Yet again Rugal Repairs come to the rescue. 22 hours ago our Washing Machine suffered a catastrophic failure. Within minutes the engineer called back to diagnose. Replacements options were presented late evening and after checking specification we ordered the brand new Miele this morning. Here we are at 14:30 and Emanuel here with the new machine installed. Delivery, installation and removal of old machine included. Priced very fairly too ! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rugal Repairs. Thank you ! Outstanding !
Rubik and his team were fantastic. My oven broke down in the few days before Christmas. He came out to me the same day to look at it. It wasn’t cost effective to repair. He sourced, installed and delivered a new one within 24 hours. A great price. A great service. Lovely people to deal with. I highly recommend.
